Workflow

We offer turnkey solution – we will take care of everything from the design proposal, through the elaboration of an architectural study, to the coordination of construction work during reconstruction and implementation.

Before we start

The collaboration always starts with a preparatory meeting to get to know each other, to find out what are your wishes and lifestyle, so that we know which direction to take and what to focus on more.
During this meeting, we will also ask you about the state of the construction, whether you already have a building project or even a building permit. This meeting is non-binding and completely free of charge.
After the meeting, we will already know everything we need to prepare an indicative budget tailored to you.

Design process

After the budget approval, we will propose a layout solution and possible variants. We will continue to consult everything with you during the design process, and as soon as we approve the layout of your space, we will start developing colors, materials and choosing basic furniture.
Once we fine-tune the design to your and our 100% satisfaction, we will develop realistic visualizations for you to see what the space will look like and whether the selected colors and materials work well for you.

Realization

During this phase, we will process the construction site of the project, such as electrical installations, outlet plans for bathrooms and kitchens, materials and tiling.
We will also choose suitable furniture and buy accessories. When choosing furniture, we like to work with custom-made furniture, which creates a more complete interior and the space is thus used as best as possible.
You don't have to worry about almost anything during the whole process, you leave everything to us and you can just look forward to your next story.
